The quality of the products supplied by OSLV Italia S.r.l. is guaranteed by constant monitoring inside the business, both in the process and service through strict tests relating to 100% of the production.

The service is looked afer and performed completely in the factory, from the making of every single component to the final setting up, to ensure particular and systematic compliance of the standards of accuracy and quality.

For the performance of the controls we use a system of a three-dimensional measuring device as well as testing benches installed in a controlled area managed by a computer to view all the electromechanical features.

Even the rotors of the motors come through micrometrical tests and through noise control in a soundproof room.

In order to improve efficiency, lowering of costs, optimizing room space and taking care of aspects that could increase the functioning of the whole production process, OSLV Italia S.r.l. has been cooperating with several reliable consulting institutes for their work management for over two years now. All of this is in conformity with the regular standards of the main car companies.

In terms of the continuous commitment towards development and improvement, the company has recently undertaken the renewal and restructuring of its machines in relation to the whole production range, further consolidating its own competitiveness in the market.

In 1997, OSLV Italia S.r.l. was certified by the CERMET-SINCERT organization in conformity with the law for guarantee of quality UNI EN ISO 9001.
On May 27 2005, OSLV Italia S.r.l. received the environmental certification ISO 14001 and in 2006 the EMAS certification.
