Politics of the Quality and of the Environment

The company targets can be summarized as per the following:

  1. To satisfy the customer fully through:
    1. Maintenance of a system of business management in conformity with regulations of UNI EN ISO 2008
    2. Putting into practice and the precise application of procedures for managing complaints and returns with the appropriate corrective and/or preventive measures
    3. Guarantee of the delivery dates stated on the placed orders, general conditions of supply, order confirmation
    4. Analysis of customer satisfaction based on statistical data of complaints, of returns, of business performance(invoiced to the major clients)
    5. Periodical surveys of customer satisfaction through instructive questionnaires and/or telephone surveys
  2. Business competition, guaranteed through prudent management of portfolio products, across:
    1. The creation of new products with the goal of extending the range;
    2. Innovation of the all time products using new adaptable and/or available technological methods not only based on the returns and on the complaints of the clients;
    3. The structural analysis of the turnover according to the various types of products
  3. Business competition, guaranteed through dynamic and effective organization through:
    1. Procedural developments to control the transversal/managerial business(job description, management of documents and data, V.I.I., training, managing the suppliers)
    2. Defining improvement plans with detailed goals periodically reviewed
    3. Constant development of hardware and software systems in order to increase productivity and reliability of the management of data and of activities relating to the business management system
  4. Guarantee of productive efficiency through:
    1. The correct documented procedures for the control of the process
    2. Analysis of the productive performance of each department
    3. The adoption and adherence to written procedures for the quality control of the products, in acceptance, during production and assemblage, as well as for the appropriate management of the measurement devices
    4. Analysis of waste and of the defects found during test procedures and analysis of the most “non conformities” discovered during production/assembly
    5. Particular attention to technological innovations participating in specialized shows relating to this business and investments made on machines and on work equipment
  5. Monitoring financial economic trends inside the company through enforcement of techniques for business management and the application of analytical accounting. Particularly through:
    1. The analysis of absolute and percentage deviation between budget and final balance
    2. The analysis of the data compared periodically
    3. The balance sheet index
    4. Cost controlling divided into cost centres
    5. The marginal analysis of the selling prices
  6. Pursuing the satisfaction and the gratification of the whole staff respecting current regulations by:
    1. Respecting the rights of the workers in accordance with trade unions
    2. The gratification of the personnel with awards and incentives in relation to the company objectives agreed to on both sides (Direction and RSU)
    3. The participation of internal and external training courses relating to the individual duties carried out as well as the company’s needs
    4. Respecting current laws concerning safety and health on work sites.
    5. Respect privacy laws
  7. Determination towards the ongoing improvement concerning protection of the environment through continuous analysis relating to environmental impacts especially by:
    1. Respecting the applicable rules of the environment and adhering to the management of the eco-system in conformity to law UNI EN ISO 14001
    2. protection of all types of pollution by constant surveillance and measuring activity,
    3. optimizing the use of natural resources through logical and efficient use of energy resources,
    4. improving the waste process and decreasing the volume of its output,
    5. environmental training and promoting sensitive and skilful handling of its employees and collaborators
    6. involving also the suppliers and the contractors in regard to improvement targets of the company towards the environment.
    7. an efficient monitoring system of the main environment aspects linked to its production activities: waste; contamination of the surface as well as the subsoil and lead.
    8. optimizing business processes in order to reach the maximum level of efficiency and effectiveness in regard to protecting the environment , health and safety of the workers and the quality of the products.
  8. Paying attention to communication and to the company image through:
    1. Advertising on specialized magazines in its sector with eventual publication of technical and management information of its business
    2. Maintenance of the website on the Internet
    3. Circulation of publicity and of technical information of the company activities to acquired and prospective clients
    4. Sponsorship of local sports
