OSLV's technical office assists clients in the selection of its products providing its experience for the development of new projects with an approach that also includes co-design so as to realize customer oriented applications.
In order to make the most of our potential, our technicians use the most innovative technology in a continuous process of updating the Computer Assisted Design system. We use software such as Pro-Engineer ®, Solid Edge ®, and Catia ® for solid parametric virtual modelling, as well as the latest technical instruments for conceptualization of electric motors in CC and for relative the data exchange.
These operation methods allow OSLV Italia to find customized solutions starting form generic projects up to cases that require a specific and innovative approach that can sometimes lead to the creation of new machinery in our shop.
With the help of our electromechanical laboratory we carry out tests in order to define the characteristics of the motors and gear motors using specific trial desks. We are able to execute durability tests, thermal and rotation tests so as to satisfy the customer requirements.
Paying to innovation technology , our technical department invests time into the researching of new technical solutions to introduce in our products so as to make them more competitive and offer wiper systems, motors, gear motors, actuators and microwin with higher added value to our customers.
