Browsing Data
The Information Technology system and software processing relating to the functioning of a website, collects  personal data which is transmitted and is implicit in the use of network protocols during its standard operation. This includes IP addresses, the addresses showing URI/URL of sources requested, date and time of the request, the number code indicating the status given by the server (completed, error, etc.).

All data which is necessary for the well-running of the website is made anonymous through default settings by Oslv Italia S.r.l. This information is further used to obtain anonymous statistics relating to the number of visits to the website.

As highlighted above, the website does not collect personal data of visitors browsing in it. The legal bases relating to the data given willingly by filling out the personal detail form shall be specified in the appropriate policies.

Whilst browsing www.oslv.com website, it automatically collects browsing data – in an anonymous form -  necessary to ensure the well-running of the web services and to verify the proper functioning of the services provided.

It is thus confirmed that all data generated from the browsing are processed anonymously and thus does not constitute personal data as stated in Regulation UE 2016/679.

9. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

The herein policy is valid from the date of presentation. However the Controller could make amendments and/or  additions to this policy, which could be a consequence of any further amendments and/or additions to this regulation.
